The full contents of the Terms may be made available through a clearly visible and accessible link on the initial service screen.
② Before the User agrees to the Terms, the Company shall provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen so that the User can understand important matters, including, but not limited to, withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
③ The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Framework Act on Consumers, and other related consumer protection laws. Where an amendment reduces User rights or increases User obligations, the Company shall give prior notice with a grace period of at least thirty (30) days, and shall clearly indicate a comparison between the pre- and post-amendment contents so that Users can easily understand the changes.
⑤ Where the Company has provided notice of amended Terms, and has clearly notified Members that failure to expressly refuse the amended Terms within thirty (30) days will be deemed as acceptance, and the Member has not explicitly submitted a refusal in writing or through the Store’s designated opt-out method within that period, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
