두들두 배송정책

본 약관은 주식회사 두들두(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 “두들두”에서 구매한 상품의 배송에 관한 사항을 정합니다.
제1조 (배송 기본 정보)

① 일반재고상품
- 판매처가 재고를 보유하고 있어 주문 즉시 출고 처리가 가능한 상품을 말합니다.
- 재고를 보유한 상품에 한하여 주문일 기준 영업일 1~3일 이내에 출고될 예정입니다.
- 상품의 재고 상황 및 물류센터 사정에 따라 배송 기간이 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.
② 예약판매상품
- 주문 접수 후 제작이 진행되거나, 별도로 안내된 출고일에 맞추어 순차 배송되는 상품을 말합니다.
- 예약판매상품은 별도 안내드린 출고일부터 배송이 진행됩니다.
- 전체 주문량에 따라 마지막 주문의 출고까지 영업일(주말·공휴일 제외) 기준 15일 이상 소요될 수 있습니다.
제2조 (배송 기간)
- 일반재고상품은 주문일 기준 영업일 1~3일 이내에 출고될 예정입니다.
- 예약판매상품은 별도 안내드린 출고일부터 배송이 진행됩니다.

제3조 (배송 및 출고)
- 예약판매상품 등 즉시 배송이 어려운 상품을 함께 구매하는 경우, 모든 상품이 배송 가능한 상태가 되는 시점에 주문하신 상품이 함께 배송됩니다.
- 주문하신 상품이 품절되어 출고가 어려운 경우 개별적으로 연락드립니다.
제4조 (배송 중 분실·파손)
택배 배송 과정에서 분실 또는 파손이 발생한 경우 아래 기한 내에 고객센터로 사고 접수를 해주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기한을 경과한 경우 사고 접수가 어려울 수 있습니다.

제5조 (반품·교환 배송비)
- 단순 변심에 의한 반품·교환의 배송비는 구매자가 부담합니다.
- 상품의 하자, 오배송 등 회사의 책임 있는 사유로 인한 반품·교환의 배송비는 회사가 부담합니다.
- 구체적인 배송비 금액은 약관이 아닌 각 상품 상세페이지 및 결제 화면에 표시합니다.

DOODLEDO Shipping Policy

This policy sets out matters concerning the delivery of products purchased at “DOODLEDO” operated by DOODLEDO Inc. (the “Company”).
Article 1 (Basic Delivery Information)

- Products that the seller holds in stock and can dispatch immediately upon order.
- For products in stock, dispatch is expected within 1 to 3 business days from the order date.
- Delivery may be somewhat delayed depending on stock conditions and logistics center circumstances.

- Products that are produced after the order is received, or shipped sequentially according to a separately announced dispatch date.
- Pre-order products are shipped from the separately announced dispatch date.
- Depending on total order volume, shipment of the last order may take 15 business days or more (excluding weekends and holidays).

Article 3 (Shipping and Dispatch)
- If items that cannot be shipped immediately, such as pre-order products, are purchased together with other items, all ordered items will be shipped together once every item is ready for delivery.
- If an ordered product is out of stock and cannot be dispatched, we will contact you individually.
Article 4 (Loss or Damage During Delivery)
If loss or damage occurs during courier delivery, please report the incident to customer service within the periods below. Reports submitted after these periods may not be accepted.

Article 5 (Return/Exchange Shipping Fees)
- Shipping fees for returns/exchanges due to a simple change of mind shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Shipping fees for returns/exchanges due to causes attributable to the Company, such as product defects or misdelivery, shall be borne by the Company.
- Specific shipping fee amounts are displayed on each product detail page and at the payment screen, not in this policy.
